A bit of a clearing up for the list: Mexi Fries are from Taco Time and the Hashbrowns are from McDonald's McGriddle Value Meal. I guess I could add that the Top Pot doughnut came from Starbucks as well...

I'm so happy to start my 500 cal protocol - I was hoping I wasn't going to die of a heart attack last night. The above was eaten in 2 days, so of course I gained. I wasn't too off on my guess how much I weighed. I guessed 225 and I was 222.5, but NOW, eating all that crap above, I'm at 226. I started to freak out, and my friends said it's completely normal to gain 4-5 lbs the first 2 days.

I've got my coffee brewing and going to boil my chicken this afternoon. I'm having sirloin steak for lunch (my husband bbq'd 2 HUGE steaks for me and I divided them up into sandwich bags. Went to Winco and bought all my fruits and veg - hopefully they'll last! lol

I gotta tell you... eating that way the last 2 days was quite depressing. I've never been an emotional eater.... well maybe an occasional scoop of ice cream because "I deserved it" after dealing with a stressful situation, but NOTHING like this. Eating when I wasn't hungry, adding to the fact that it was SUPPOSED to be fatty, really knocked me for a loop. If I could do anything, I would try to avoid the load days the best I can, but that's not going to happen.

Anyway, the shots aren't really a big deal. The bac water needs to be kept in the fridge - I was actually out of the house my first 2 days - first day my dad had cataract surgery, so I had to inject myself at the hospital then the next day I had a root canal and half way through, I went to the bathroom and injected then. I kept the bac water bottle in a latte cup with lid and filled with ice. It worked out great.

Ok well I'll post next week... have a great day!

Waiting........... Hate that......

So I ordered my package from www.drugdelivery.ca. I THINK it's coming from India. I decided to order the 3 pack of 23 day protocol. With shipping, it was approximately $125. That's including the $7.50 priority shipping and $3.50 for the discreet packaging. I could care less what people think I'm doing, but my friend said that I NEED to do the discreet ship because it could possibly get shipped back if they suspect anything funny.

I weigh ABOUT 225 right now (I think-I'll weigh myself for sure when I start) and I want to get down to 160 at first... well I'd like to break 200 to be honest, but I've seen so many success stories that I feel it shouldn't be a problem (fingers crossed) lol... I think I'm nervous mostly of the gorging days. It just seems so wrong to do in order to lose weight. I understand I have to pack out my fat cells in order for the HCG to really work. I haven't read the books yet. I've just been getting info from my friends that are on it. One friend has lost 45 lbs after 2 months, another friend lost 40lbs and is still going, another lost 35 lbs in 23 days and just more recently, a friend who lost 24 lbs in 3 weeks.

My mom's freaking out thinking I'm shooting up or something. :-) She flipped when she saw Kevin Trudeau's face. She has most of his books but never read anything like this.

Anyway, my reason for losing this weight is because I'm going to be 40 next April, and me being this weight is hard enough at 39 - I can't imagine me getting around when I'm this heavy at 50. Like everyone else, been on lots of diets. The ones that worked the best were the ones that were based on multiple mini meals and high protein/low carb.

I'm gluten intolerant, as well as my daughter. Going gluten free was hard enough as it is, let alone low carb, but have been semi-successful. I think the no sugar/starches won't be too hard since I don't do most carbs anyways. We'll see...

Next post will be when I receive the package.... hopefully sooner than later :-)
